Love this dress on Taylor. So I don’t like Little J. Humphrey’s character on Gossip Girl, I really don’t. Boring, unrealistic, been there, done that (though I liked the story line where she stole clothes from her friends to hock them and buy new stuff). Who the HELL would put a 15 year old school girl in charge of an important runway show during fashion week? Is Mother Waldorff demented?

But in real life Taylor Momsen is soooo pretty! God, I wish I’d looked like that in high school…. I’d never have left
Also I actually think it’s kinda cool to hire a 14/15 year old to play just that: a young teen. All the others are in their twenties and though most of them pull it off,some really don’t: Vanessa for instance looks at least 25.

After the girls from 90210 took a bunch of heat for being too thin it was Taylor’s turn. Just like the others she told reporters in New York on Saturday that she’s ‘naturally thin’ and simply possesses ‘good genes’. You know what? Maybe she is and maybe she isn’t. As much as I like the idea of a young teen playing the part of young teen, I think it’s up to her parents and the producers to make sure that she eats and sleeps etc. You can’t really expect a 15 year old to make those kind of calls.
