Barney ´s three day rule

Ted breaks the Three Day Rule after promising he wouldn´t phone a girl called Holly. Marshall and Barney get back at him by pretending to text him as Holly, but of course things go awry.

I´m not a believer in these kinds of rules, never have been, but it was very funny how Barney explained the way Jesus came up with the Three Day Rule:

“Jesus started the whole wait three days thing. He waited three days to come back to life. It was perfect. If he´d only waited one day a lot of people wouldn´t even have heard that he died!”
Other than that, not an exciting ep, I guess we´ll have to wait until the finale for things to heat up again. Even so-so eps of HIMYM beat most other stuff on tv, especially thanks to Neil Patrick Harris and Jason Segel who did their whole Ted would rather have sex with me-thing delightfully.
