David Carradine in Kill Bill

I was very sorry to read that Kung Fu legend and, more recently, Kill Bill star, David Carradine was found dead in a hotel in Bangkok. He was found by a maid under rather strange circumstances, in a closet, with rope tied around him. The police are ruling it a suicide.

Carradine shot to fame with the seventies martial arts series Kung Fu. (“grab this pebble from my hand, Grasshopper!”) After that he made over a hundred films. In 2003 he made a comeback with the Kill Bill series. David Carradine was 72 years old.
