German actress Franka Potente has signed on for the House MD season premiere.

Potente, best known internationally as the female lead in The Bourne Identy and as redheaded Lola in Run, Lola Run, was hired especially to guest star in the two hour season premiere.


Rumors are rife on whether she will be playing a doctor or a patient. I´m guessing a patient, because she has played people with mental disabilities before in The Princess and the warrior (Der Krieger und die Kaiserin).
