Gossip Girl ‘s fashion bad girl Taylor Momsen set tongues wagging when she hit fashion week in this glam rock meets heroin addict-outfit. Taylor Momsen’s height may only be only 5′ 4½” (1.64 M), but she sure stands out in a crowd!

Gossip Girl’s very own Little J, and she is little if she leaves those high heels behind, hit New York’s fashion week looking not-so good. I like the fact that she is into experimenting and likes to take fashion to extremes. However, this is taking it all a bit too far: the smoky eyes that cover half her face, the barely there pants (if that’s what they are), the hideous boots and the stockings: wooha girl, take it down a notch!
