He did tell his fans in a video message that they are expecting a little girl. The girl will be born in September.

David wouldn´t say what they plan to name her, but I guess we´ll all find out then. The couple already have a seven year old son named Jaden.

It´s an interesting point that Boreanaz is expecting a child, just as his Bones character is contemplating being a sperm donor to his friend Temperance Brennan´s child….

Booth as Bones´sperm donor?

In the May 7th episode Brennan will be asking Booth the most unsexy question a man can get: “will you be my sperm donor?”

Booth will have a very special visitor in the sperm clinic. No, not Adriana Lima, or Jenna Jameson, or some other hottie, it´s but Evil baby Stewie from Family Guy! Now there´s a downer….

According to Bones producers it´s an actual medical condition, seeing cartoon characters, and Booth has something wrong with him that explains him hooking up with Stewie.

Brennan and Booth are getting together!

On May 14th, finally, Brennan and Booth end up in bed together! On the season finale! Now that´ll boost the ratings. According to producers it´s not a dillusion or a dream sequence, they are actually in bed, having sex. I´m worried though. Is this where Bones goes Who´s the boss? or The nanny? Where it all goes down hill after the main characters finally hook up?

Bones: The princess and the pear recap

A couple of roleplayers stumble across a rapidly decomposing female corpse clad in medieval garb. The girl turns out to be a booth babe at a fantasy convention and soon the hunt is on for Excalibur!

I love all things medieval, so this was right up my alley. Shame they didn´t find some pretext to stick the whole team in medieval outfits I love that veiled headgear the women get to wear. Though shaving your forehead, especially without the nice disposable raisors we have nowadays must have been a bit of a pain. And, I know, the lack of dental care, personal hygiene, wiping your hands on the dog. Still, if I ever get a shot at time travel I´m totally THERE!

This is such a good show. It´s funny, clever and somehow friendly. It often reminds me of Murder she wrote (another show I love). A clever plot, and other than that everybody´s very polite and dresses for dinner.

Bones: Dr. Lance Sweets

They could´ve taken a lot of cheap swipes at geeks etc. but I think they were kinda nice. Sweets is coming into his own as well. He may be young (even in real life John Francis Daley is a mere babe of 23) but he sure knows his stuff! I like the way he´s a walking talking ly detector system. And he is actually a lot like the Temperance Brennan character: honors student, black belt in karate, plays the piano.

Booth in the UK

Brennan and Booth are both in the UK on official business: Booth to talk to the UK police and Brennan to speech at Oxford. They meet up with their British counter parts: a professor of archeology and his female police officer side kick.

Of course things start getting messy soon as more and more bones turn up and their host is killed.

I really like ones, but this two bit basically blew. Brits were made out to be stiff upper lipped idiots who solely drive around in Mini’s
and Booth made an ass of himself as the dumb Yank. A stupid piling up of tired cliches. More slapstick than
mystery and no good at all.

The odds of the British police enlisting the help of two foreigners with no UK experience at all are etremely slim. Imagine f the tables were turned and two Brits barged in to the US to start solving a couple of crimes? Right. It would never happen. All right, all right, I hear you: it’s just TV! Lighten up!

I know, and I’ll let a lot of unlikely stuff slide, but this was just too silly and the murder mystery wasn’t particulary good either. Seemed to me the ‘real’writers were off playing golf and left a ouple of interns to slap a storyline together.

Anyway, glad they’re back in the US and hoping they don’t end up in France next year ‘accidentally’ ordering brains in a restaurant or in The Netherland swearing wooden shoes and smoking dope…..

Bones & Booth

Soooo. Now that basically ALL my series have stopped, it’s time to focus on the future. Bones’ that is.
So, according to executive producer Hart Hanson Bones & Seely will end up in bed together. Naked.
It’s gotta be a dream, right? Because main characters hooking up= always a bad idea. Remember Nanny Fine and Mr Sheffield? Angela and Tony?

So let’s hope t’s just another dare (like when they kissed) or a dream /fantasy sequence?

Booth & Brennan

When Brennan’s dad Max gets a job as a science teacher at the Jeffersonian Bones is not amused and tries to fire him. Booth and Bones investigate the murder of a special ops guy whose remains are found in a tree. The investigation leads them to an expensive private school. Booth worries that he’s not taking care of Parker like he should and wonders if he should get him into a private school as well.

Watch out! Here be spoilers!

Slow, but nice episode. Not very memorable, but nice and easy going. They still haven’t replaced Zack and none of the candidates so far seem very promising. Also, I thought that the girl’s confession could have been a little more dramatic: come on! An eleven year old matter of factly killing her nanny, actually shooting the guy? Just because she wouldn’t do her homework? Shouldn’t there have been just a little more outrage? Recriminations? Reflections on society?  Now they all just went back to playing with coke bottles and mentos. Btw, you’d think even Parker would know that old trick, doesn’t the boy ever go to YouTube?

I like Mmax, hope he doesn’t die too quickly. Guess he’ll start dating first and Brennan will get all weird about replacing her mom, and then maybe next season he could get killed by one of his old crime buddies?

Bones & Booth

I love the show Bones. I really like the way the crew interact, the writings superb and they’re really funny. Recently, I’ve found myself envying Temperance Brennan. She’s got her stuff together! And gets to work with Seely Booth!

So here’s 7 reasons I’d love to be Temperance ‘Bones’ Brennan:

1 I’d get to shoot a gun at bad guys

2 I’d get to be totally arrogant about all the stuff I can do and how brilliant I am and I’d actually be right!

3 I’d be a best selling author

4 I’d have a really cool job

5 AND put away bad guys

6 I’d be able to compartmentalize and not worry about stuff that I cannot do anything about, even, say if my partner died taking a bullet for me!

7 Did I mention, I’d get to work with Seely ‘Angel’ Booth every day? NICE!
