Movie star Michael Douglas has been battling with throat cancer for a few weeks and went on Letterman last night to talk about it. (video after the jump)

Remember how cute Michael Douglas used to be, in the days of Romancing the stone, Wallstreet, even The Game? Well, he’s looking old and kinda frail now, struggling with throat cancer.

Poor Kristen Stewart. Being on Letterman really isn’t that hard: just wear a barely there baby doll dress and he’s putty in your hands. Here’s how the Lovely Jessica Alba did it (video after the jump)

Jessica Alba’s latest movie, Machete, is hitting cinemas this weekend. So she’s doing the rounds, looking fab, and chatting up a storm about, well, nothing much. But she sure looks lovely doing it!

I’m pretty sure Brad isn’t losing any sleep over this, but rumor has it Pattinson will be playing one of the cops that Angelina is having it in for in Clint Eastwood’s new flick Unforgiven. She’ll be killing Robert, rather than getting hot and heavy with him.

Sunday, March 7, 2010, the 82nd Academy awards will be held in Hollywood. Where else? Steve Martin and Alec Baldwin will be hosting the show. Hmm. Not my cup of tea. Now Hugh Jackman, there’s my cup of tea…

Any-ho, who’s going to win, who’s going to lose and who will they be wearing? The Lovely Bones seems to be a strong contender, as are Nine and An Education. My personal favorite is An education, what a great film!

One Tree Hill bitch marrying Supernatural hunk! Of course I mean ‘bitch’ in the nicest way possible: it simply means Danneel harris is a convincing actress! Danneel is getting hitched to her long time beau, Supernatural hunk Jensen Ackles.

The couple have been friends for over ten years and got together when they starred in the 2007 comedy ‘Ten Inch Hero’. Danneel is known best for her role as Evil Cheerleader Rachel who has married Evil grandpa Dan and even stolen a heart from a Mexican kid for him. Jensen started his career on Days of our lives.

Lee Norris, aka Marvin ‘Mouth’ McFadden from one tree hill, has been a faithful sidekick for over six seasons. In a recent interview he talked about life on the show.

“It’s crazy when you think about it, but how many people get to work with their best friends every day and do something they love? It’s a cliche, but we really are like a family.”
Mouth hasn’t had the most fascinating story lines over the seasons, but he did get to play tonsil hockey with some of the One Tree Hill babes, including Brooke and Rachel. Yep, Dan’s Rachel!
Mouth was always head over heels in love with Brooke, which was kinda cute and terribly useless. He did get to kiss her once though, and here’s the video:

Anyway, here’s hoping Mouth will dump awful boring Milly and get himself a real girlfriend. One that’ll sleep with him, if at all possible!
Here’s what Lee said about the future of his relationship:
“Mouth has a lot to deal with in his relationship right now. He’s also lost his job and must figure out the next step. I’d love to see him be a major sportscaster on ESPN or SportsCenter!”
So would I, he’s earned it!

How Dan got his heart

If there’s ever a third or fourth world war, I know exactly which One Tree Hill character I’d like to have on my side: definitely Rachel!

I am seriously impressed with Rachel. When everybody else is fluttering about, thinking about morals, she gets the job done. In this case: she got Dan Scott a heart, just in the nick of time. By persuading a poor Mexican family to take their young son off life support, no less. Nope, not pretty, and it’ll probably all end in tears. But at least she’s a mover and a shaker. And pretty funny.
I really thought this was a good ep. The whole camping trip was a bit weird, but it worked out great. And Haley high, mwah, but it was a refreshing change from all the drama. Though Brooke should really stop moaning and enjoy the nice guy she;’s dating.
Clay and Quinn getting together: not enthused. I think Quinn is a bit of a bitch, not telling her husband what’s wrong and simply cancelling out on their marriage. And Clay endlessly talking to his dead wife… Well, that’s all over now, so what’ll be next for Quinn and Clay? I can’t say I really care.

Sophia Bush and One Tree Hill-boyfriend Austin Nichols looked adorable in Halloween costumes.

Their onscreen love story may be facing stormy weather, but in real life, Sophia and Austin are still very together. Don’t forget to tune in next week, when Brooke thinks she may be pregnant!

How Dan got his heart

Brooke might be pregnant! Then again, we’ve been down that road before, over the past o 6 seasons. Then again, this wouldn’t be such a bad time, now would it? Even though she’s building mountains out of molehills in her relationship with cute Julian, she hasn’t screwed it up yet. Yet.

In other OTH episode 9 news: Haley is returning to the stage, later in the season she’ll be going on tour even. Nathan’s got his hands full, cause Dan is coming home to Tree Hill. And in really uninteresting sideline news: Milli is on dangerous diet pills. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: please kill Milli! She’s boring! Always has been.
